Pilgrim's is hiring a Control Room Operator to safely and efficiently operate a cooker and associated rendering equipment, monitor raw materials, finished storage, mechanical systems, and food-safety requirements, communicate issues to management, perform housekeeping, and assist with maintenance. The role requires manufacturing knowledge, effective communication, the ability to lift at least 50 pounds, and cross-training capability. It is a night-shift position on a 2-2-3 schedule, with pay of $18.10 per hour plus a $1.00 differential.
