Description
The Feed Mill Control Room Operator works primarily in a control room inside a feed mill, monitoring and operating mill systems while maintaining safety, quality, yield, cost, and relationship standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays; prior feed-mill, agriculture, or manufacturing experience is preferred. The position involves exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures and requires lifting 50–60 pounds.
