Description
Zinpro is hiring a Plant Operator for a third-shift, Monday-through-Friday position operating from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with occasional overtime. The role operates, maintains, troubleshoots, and improves production machinery that blends, mixes, processes, dries, fills, and packages specialty products, while also handling warehousing, safety, quality, and physical demands. Compensation is $23.00–$36.00 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift premium, with a $4,000 sign-on bonus and employer-paid medical insurance among the benefits. Applicants need at least one year of production experience, mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, and the ability to read safety and operating procedures; related manufacturing experience, boiler operation, and CMMS or ERP experience are preferred.
