Description
The Stamping Die Setter reports to the Team Lead-Stamping and Team Supervisor-Stamping and is responsible for setting dies, programming cam settings and die protection, staging accessories, installing chutes and conveyors, cleaning dies, running presses, documenting issues, training operators, updating process sheets, and performing probe checks. The role requires a GED or high school equivalency, the ability to perform stamping-operator duties, and flexibility for a flexible schedule or overtime. It involves frequent work around machinery, occasional forklift operation, lifting up to 60 pounds, and exposure to loud and hot/humid conditions.
