Description
The 3rd Shift Production Lead supports overnight manufacturing operations at milkrite | InterPuls in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin, leading by example, coaching employees, enforcing safety and quality standards, monitoring production performance, coordinating staffing and resources, and applying Lean Manufacturing principles. The role runs Monday through Friday from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, with overtime potentially required or offered, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of manufacturing experience, and prior lead, team lead, trainer, or supervisory experience.
