Description
Fisher Barton is hiring a Shift Supervisor, 3rd Shift to oversee one or more production teams in a manufacturing environment. The role manages operators and production activities, interprets work orders, assigns duties, supports equipment setup and troubleshooting, conducts quality and safety audits, drives continuous improvement and Lean Daily Management, and coordinates training, scheduling, and off-shift production. The position is based in Watertown, Wisconsin, runs Thursday through Sunday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., and requires at least three years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
