Description
Linamar is hiring a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead and motivate a manufacturing workforce, oversee production scheduling and material flow, improve safety, quality, scrap rates, and OEE, and coordinate with maintenance and other departments. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, manufacturing and casting knowledge, safety expertise, and strong leadership and communication skills. The starting salary is $75,000, with benefits including drug, dental, and vision coverage.
