Description
The Sequence Team Lead coordinates personnel, equipment, inventory, manpower, and workflow to meet daily production and quality targets in a warehouse and administrative environment. The role leads associates, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, supports Lean and 5S continuous improvement, communicates operational updates to management and cross-functional teams, and maintains manpower reports. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while supply chain, material flow, or warehouse operations experience is preferred; the position also requires Microsoft Office proficiency, safety and quality knowledge, background and drug screening clearance, and the ability to move between departments and lift up to 15 pounds.
