ABB is hiring an Onsite Production Lead to report to the Production Manager and lead a team within a production unit or line. The role executes production processes, maintains schedules, inventory service levels, equipment and process reliability, safety and environmental standards, and shift meeting resolution. It is onsite in Pinetops, North Carolina, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of manufacturing or product-development leadership experience, supervisory skills, project-management ability, Six Sigma Green Belt or continuous-improvement experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, travel willingness, and U.S. work authorization.
