ABB is hiring an onsite Production Lead to lead a team within a production unit or line in Pinetops, North Carolina. The role is responsible for meeting production volumes and schedules, allocating resources, improving production performance, resolving equipment and product issues, maintaining safety and environmental standards, and leading shift meetings. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of manufacturing or product-development leadership experience, supervisory and project-management skills, Six Sigma Green Belt or continuous-improvement experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and US work authorization.
