Description
The Production Operations Manager directs and coordinates daily manufacturing activities, monitors production performance, optimizes staffing and equipment utilization, supports scale-up and new manufacturing technologies, and promotes quality, safety, and continuous improvement. The role supervises and develops production employees, manages scheduling and attendance, and collaborates with manufacturing, process, equipment, quality, planning, supply chain, facilities, and EHS teams. It requires an associate’s degree or equivalent manufacturing experience, 2–5 years of manufacturing supervisory or management experience, and experience supervising hourly production employees.
