Description
Coherent Corp. is hiring a production operations supervisor/manager to direct daily manufacturing activities, meet production schedules and customer commitments, monitor safety, quality, delivery, and productivity, optimize staffing, ensure equipment effectiveness, support scale-up and new manufacturing technologies, drive quality improvements, and supervise and develop production employees. The role also coordinates with engineering, quality, planning, supply chain, facilities, and EHS teams, and ensures compliance with OSHA, environmental, EHS, ISO, and manufacturing standards.
