Description
This is a hands-on leadership production operations role responsible for overseeing processes and associates, ensuring equipment and line operations meet USDA, HACCP, GMFP, OSHA, and MIOSHA standards, and supporting the Operation Manager. The role includes interviewing and training new associates, conducting meetings, enforcing safety and procedural requirements, maintaining production records, and performing other assigned tasks. Candidates need 0–1 years of experience in the position, proven leadership and problem-solving skills, the ability to work with little supervision, English proficiency, and the ability to work safely in a wet, cold environment for up to eight hours. The role requires a Hi-lo driver license, knife use, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
