Description
The Production Floor Operator performs material-handling, raw-material supply, frozen-block preparation and transport, packaging-equipment operation, jam-clearing, and break-relief duties across production lines. The role requires Operations Level 2 capability, English communication, sound judgment, lockout/tagout procedures, collaboration, measurement and math skills, reliable attendance, equipment operation after training, lifting up to 60 pounds, long periods standing, and compliance with GMP and PPE policies. The shift is 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, with an hourly rate of $25.75 to $26.75.
