American Iron & Metal is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for an afternoon shift from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The role leads maintenance technicians, coordinates maintenance during planned downtime, diagnoses mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment issues, conducts inspections, manages maintenance projects, and maintains work records. Candidates must be licensed 433A Millwrights with industrial equipment maintenance experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
