Description
Seakeeper is hiring a full-time 4th Shift Machining Lead to manage CNC equipment and the machining team at its Leesport, Pennsylvania facility. The role oversees machine operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, quality control, training, mentoring, and continuous improvement while reporting to the 1st Shift Machining Supervisor. The position requires at least four years of CNC machining and precision grinding experience, machining measurement and inspection knowledge, part-drawing ability, and strong people-management skills. The schedule is Friday through Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
