Description
The Extrusion Operator will start up, operate, and adjust extrusion installations; monitor quality, efficiency, and production planning; check products and process settings; analyze deviations; resolve first-line malfunctions; and contribute to shop-floor safety, order, and cleanliness. The role requires several years of extrusion experience, a strong technical background, analytical and solution-oriented skills, attention to quality and detail, fluent Dutch communication, and willingness to work a five-shift schedule.
