Description
The 5-shift Operator will set up, regulate, and monitor production installations, perform process and quality measurements, identify and correct deviations, support maintenance and repair, and contribute to process optimization in a plastic granules production environment. The role requires a VAPRO B diploma or willingness to obtain it, prior process or production experience, and technical precision; knowledge of hazardous substances is advantageous. The position offers a permanent full-time contract, a monthly salary of €2,850–€3,200, a 22% shift allowance, a 13th-month payment, vacation and training benefits, and other employment benefits.
