Description
The Operator will work a 5-shift schedule in a factory, monitoring and adjusting production processes, dismantling and cleaning installations, replenishing raw materials, draining finished product, maintaining a tidy work environment, resolving malfunctions, and following safety rules. The role requires at least one year of production experience, an MBO level 3 diploma or relevant operator experience, technical insight, problem-solving ability, and a strong focus on safety. It offers a gross monthly salary of €3,200 to €3,800, a temporary contract with possible permanent conversion, vacation days, travel reimbursement, pension accrual, and training opportunities.
