Saint-Gobain Isover is hiring a Process Operator to work on its insulation-material production lines in a continuous five-shift schedule. The role combines shop-floor operation, process monitoring and control, root-cause troubleshooting, and continuous-improvement activities while the employer pays for the VAPRO C training program. Applicants need a completed VAPRO B, AOT, or equivalent MBO level 3 diploma, demonstrable heavy-industrial process-operator experience, study discipline, and a willingness to work the shift schedule. Compensation is stated as up to €4,100 gross per month excluding shift allowance, with a shift allowance of at least 29.15% and a 13th-month salary.
