Iteris is hiring a 511 Operator to monitor traffic and transit information sources, verify and publish accurate traveler information, coordinate with operations partners and Express Lanes staff, support traffic incidents and emergencies, and maintain proficiency with MTC 511 and Express Lanes systems. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, computer proficiency, communication skills, supervisory experience in high-stress environments, and willingness to work rotating shifts and as essential or augmented personnel.
