Ehvert Mission Critical, a business unit within Salas O’Brien, is seeking an experienced independent contractor (self-employed professional) for a long-term contractual engagement. This role involves supporting large-scale hyperscale and AI data center projects across North America, focusing on model-based quantities, design change analysis, and BIM data quality. The specialist will extract, validate, and track quantities directly from BIM models using Assemble, ensuring accurate estimating and cost forecasting. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary BIM/VDC, estimating, and project teams to ensure immediate reflection of design changes in quantities.
