Description
The Datacenter Technician prepares, stages, sets up, and performs startups and shutdowns of racks, hard drives, and switches; performs quality checks, diagnostics, troubleshooting, component replacement, and hardware decommissioning; and reports incidents to Datacenter Technician Leads. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer hardware knowledge, at least one year of IT equipment support experience, Microsoft Office familiarity, and flexibility for non-standard hours. It is a fully onsite contract position in Redmond, Washington, paying $24.00 per hour, with benefits potentially available depending on eligibility.
