Hermès is hiring a Technical Development Project Manager for a six-month fixed-term contract to manage the development of new ceramic products from technical feasibility through production transfer. The role validates regulatory, economic, and quality compliance; proposes creative alternatives; collaborates with suppliers, creative teams, and internal departments; supports production and quality teams; and tracks projects through scorecards, dashboards, and weekly reporting. Candidates should have a general engineering degree or ceramics specialization, strong materials knowledge, analytical and organizational skills, and fluent English; entry-level candidates are accepted.
