Ericsson is hiring a RAN L2 Software Developer to develop User Plane Control Layer (L2) components for its 5G and future 6G baseband software. The role involves systemization, design, testing, troubleshooting, code reviews, quality assurance, and implementation with production-based agentic flow systems. The position is based at the Stockholm Kista site and requires a master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field, strong C, C++, and Python programming, and hands-on experience with AI/ML and generative AI technologies.
