Encode Inc is hiring a Principal Software Engineering Developer for its Space Mission Systems Rapid Space Capabilities portfolio in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role leads end-to-end software development, including architecture, design, development, testing, code reviews, requirements translation, risk analysis, and technology implementation for full-stack and embedded systems supporting the Rocky program. It is a 100% onsite, first-shift, 12-month full-time position with possible extension, requiring an active Top Secret US security clearance and ability to obtain SCI access post start. The pay rate is $125–$140 per hour on W2, and the role requires relocation by out-of-state candidates.
