Description
The DSP Algorithms Engineer will design and develop state-of-the-art space-based RF and digital satellite communication systems, including multi-rate fixed-point signal processing algorithms, waveform development, performance analysis, trade studies, HDL design, and system verification. The role leads systems engineering and IR&D teams, supports integration and test through in-orbit operations, and works with customers, suppliers, program management, integration and test engineers, and senior technologists. Required qualifications include a relevant bachelor's degree, DSP and digital communications experience, 3+ years of Matlab or Simulink experience, 5+ years of core digital communications and signal processing experience, 3+ years of systems engineering experience, and 1+ years of FPGA or ASIC experience, along with a final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start.
