Arlo Solutions is hiring a Senior Healthcare Fraud Investigator to support the Department of Veterans Affairs' Veterans Health Administration Fraud Rapid Response Center. The role leads healthcare fraud case development, validates analytic leads, builds referral and decision packages, prepares claim review workpapers, supports case-management workflows, tracks overpayments and referrals, contributes to fraud-scheme and risk-scoring logic, and collaborates with federal and VA stakeholders. The position is remote and local to Washington, DC, requires a minimum background investigation, and requires at least eight years of federal healthcare program integrity and fraud investigation experience.
