IDEA Public Schools is hiring a Career and Technical Education (CTE) teacher to instruct 8th–12th grade students in approved career clusters and related coursework. The role includes delivering rigorous curriculum, planning and assessing instruction, tracking student progress, communicating with families, managing classroom behavior, providing tutoring, and participating in school activities. A bachelor’s degree is required; K–12 classroom experience is strongly preferred, while state certification is preferred but not required. The starting salary for a teacher with zero years of experience is $59,500, with additional stipends, performance-based compensation, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid family leave, and tuition reimbursement.
