Software Mind is seeking an experienced Data Engineer / BI Developer to work across active client projects, designing and implementing data pipelines, migrating legacy SSIS workloads, and building scalable reporting and analytics solutions on Microsoft data platforms. The role requires strong T-SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, data warehouse, and Agile consulting experience, with responsibilities including pipeline development, data modeling, performance tuning, client collaboration, and technical documentation.
