Klamath Community College is hiring a Business Management-Salon Emphasis Program Lead Faculty to teach upper-division coursework in an online and/or hyflex environment for 45 credits per academic year. The role includes developing and updating courses and syllabi, assessing student achievement, advising students, contributing to curriculum and advisory committee work, and participating in professional development and college activities. Candidates need a master’s or doctoral degree in a related business or management field, at least five years of experience in beauty, spa, cosmetology, hospitality, or a closely related industry, and prior teaching or postsecondary instructional experience.
