Description
The 988 Program Manager leads day-to-day operations of the 988 Colorado Mental Health Line, supervising the Quality Assurance Administrator, 988/911 Interoperability Administrator, and Data Administrator. The role oversees the statewide contact center contract and vendor relationships, contract amendments, budget-related decisions, data reconciliation, complaints, corrective actions, stakeholder engagement, public awareness, 988/911 interoperability, policy development, and performance improvement. It is a hybrid position requiring Colorado residency, with one office day per month and travel within the state, and requires eight years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
