Description
The role leads end-to-end GenAI and autonomous-agent solutions for corporate procurement operations, combining hands-on development with stakeholder leadership, solution architecture, model fine-tuning, evaluation, security, and governance. Responsibilities include building production AI services, RAG and vector-store systems, autonomous agent pipelines, prompt strategies, tool integrations, performance and cost optimization, and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, advanced Python skills, production AI-service experience, LLM and RAG expertise, and at least five years of AI/ML engineering experience, including two years in a senior or lead capacity. Full-time compensation ranges from $108,600 to $280,000 depending on the geographic zone, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
