Description
The role coordinates A&O projects and engagements, including schedules, milestones, project status, resource needs, assignments, capacity, and forecast accuracy. It partners with delivery leaders, project managers, consultants, Professional Services, Sales, and customers; supports project creation and validation; monitors the service opportunity pipeline; and helps resolve resource constraints and scheduling conflicts. The position also requires developing knowledge of the Microsoft security stack and supporting resource management processes for the A&O team and RED.
