Description
Cape Air’s A&P Mechanics independently or as part of a team perform aircraft inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance. The role includes completing maintenance records and shift reports, conducting aircraft run-ups and taxis, performing road trips to repair aircraft at other stations, cleaning aircraft, and maintaining the maintenance area. Candidates must hold a current A&P certificate, meet 14 CFR 65.83 experience requirements, have at least three years of professional aircraft maintenance experience, basic mechanical skills, a valid United States driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and availability for any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
