A&R Discovery Intern at Create Music Group

Create Music Group is hiring a part-time A&R Intern for its TripleThreat division to support artist discovery, research, pitching, marketing, and digital rights work. The internship is intended for current students during the Summer/Fall 2026 term, requires 10–20 hours per week for 3–4 months, and is hybrid with attendance at the Los Angeles headquarters 2–3 times per week. Candidates should be familiar with hip hop music and internet culture, proficient with Mac OSX, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps, and able to work in the United States.
