The Pool C socio-educational support specialist supports people with severe intellectual disabilities, multiple disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and related mental health needs through individualized recreational and developmental activities, personalized support plans, community integration, daily assistance, and coordination with families and professionals. The role requires a Swiss degree in Social Work, Educational Sciences with a specialization in Special Education, or an equivalent qualification, along with knowledge of psychosocial and intellectual disabilities, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, French proficiency, and schedule flexibility.
