New Era Technology is hiring an A/V Conferencing Technology Specialist to provide audiovisual, multimedia, and videoconferencing support at client sites in the Plano, Texas area. The role includes installing and configuring equipment, troubleshooting systems, coordinating videoconference requests, maintaining documentation, training clients, and recommending repairs or upgrades. Candidates need at least two years of client-facing technical support experience, knowledge of Cisco or Polycom systems and A/V control systems, strong troubleshooting and organizational skills, and the ability to travel locally.
