Description
The Audio/Visual (AV) Intern will support the monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, and implementation of AV systems across meeting rooms and event spaces. The role involves first-level technical support, collaboration with IT, Facilities, and Communications teams, customer service, and exposure to AV design, vendor coordination, and system integration. Candidates should be pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field, understand corporate AV and video conferencing technologies, and demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer-service skills.
