The Laboratory Quality Control Technician performs A1C quality calibration testing, whole-blood calibration, temperature calibration, accuracy-bias analysis, lot release, data interpretation, equipment maintenance, sample preparation, and inventory management. The role supports technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing and from Sunnyvale to Indiana, while maintaining laboratory, ISO, QSR/GMP, OSHA, and chemical-safety procedures. It requires laboratory techniques, statistical experimental design and data-analysis knowledge, attention to detail, teamwork, and an associate degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
