AAA is hiring a remote Roadside Assistance Dispatch Specialist to handle stranded-customer calls, coordinate service requests with fleet technicians and partners, prioritize urgent situations, provide updates, document interactions, and support one-call resolution. The role operates on a 2:30pm to 11pm shift including every other weekend, requires attendance at mandatory in-office meetings and trainings in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and pays $17.65 per hour plus a shift differential.
