AAA is hiring a remote AAA Roadside Assistance Dispatch Specialist to handle roadside emergency calls, provide calm and empathetic guidance, coordinate service calls with fleet technicians and partners, prioritize urgent situations, keep customers informed, document interactions, and support one-call resolution. The role operates on a 2:30pm to 11pm shift including every other weekend, requires attendance at mandatory in-office meetings and trainings in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and pays $17.65 per hour plus a shift differential. The position is designated as Essential Duty Personnel and includes medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, insurance, and other benefits.
