IMC is recruiting a Graduate Trader for a six-week Global Trainee Programme that introduces participants to trading, financial markets, trading strategies, and proprietary trading systems. The programme includes training with engineers and traders, mentorship at a local office, and placement on a desk aligned with the graduate’s strengths and interests. Core responsibilities include trading financial instruments, developing and improving trading strategies and algorithms, managing complex portfolio execution and risk, and collaborating with technology developers and engineers. Candidates should be in their final year of study in a quantitative field and seek full-time employment starting in August 2027; prior trading experience is not required, while programming experience is a plus.
