Description
The Senior Operational Test Program Manager will lead Open System Enclave and Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management initiatives for Air Reserve Component aircraft programs. The role manages developmental and operational test events, coordinates infrastructure and scheduling, develops program roadmaps, supports software and hardware architecture implementation, and advises government and industry stakeholders on advanced combat systems. It requires at least 15 years of relevant test, software, or engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline, and current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret and Special Access Program eligibility.
