Description
The Associate Clinical Supervisor provides high-level clinical supervision and training to Behavior Specialists, including the Clinical Coordinator and Behavior Technicians, while overseeing program and treatment goals for learners with neurodivergent conditions. Responsibilities include functional behavioral assessments, individualized behavior support and intervention plans, data collection systems, home or community visits, caregiver training, clinical meetings, and ongoing consultation with clients, families, and stakeholders. The role requires a master's degree or higher in a relevant field, 2–3 years of clinical supervision experience, 1500+ BCBA clinical hours, bilingual Spanish preference, and the ability to provide in-person services throughout Santa Clara County.
