Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field; an active Virginia Department of Education license with a Special Education endorsement or eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days; at least one year of classroom experience supporting students with autism, EBD, or related disabilities; familiarity with IEP development, ABA principles, and positive behavior support; and a valid Virginia driver's license.
