Headrise ABA is hiring a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy for a six-year-old boy in Spotswood, New Jersey. The role involves implementing BCBA-developed treatment plans, collecting progress data, supporting communication, socialization, and daily living skills, and collaborating with the family. Compensation is $18–$25 per hour based on experience and caseload, with a $200 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling. Applicants need to be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, pass a background check, have reliable transportation, and be willing to travel locally; ABA or child-related experience and RBT certification are preferred but not required.
