Headrise ABA is hiring a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for a 20-year-old boy in Stewartsville, New Jersey. The role involves implementing BCBA-developed treatment plans, collecting progress data, supporting communication, socialization, and daily-living skills, and collaborating with the family. The position pays $18–$25 per hour, offers a Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–8:00 PM schedule, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum age of 18, background-check clearance, reliable transportation, and local travel; ABA or childcare experience and RBT certification are preferred but not required.
