ABA Pathways is hiring Behavior Technicians to work directly with children and young teens with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans, using positive reinforcement and play-based teaching, collecting progress data, collaborating with supervisors and teams, and completing session documentation. The role may be performed in clinics, homes, or community settings and requires availability Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with one Saturday per month for full-time employment; part-time positions are also available. Full paid training is provided, and the position offers health, vision, dental, life, supplemental, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company matching for full-time employees. The salary range is $15.83 to $23.48.
