Description
Lighthouse Autism Center is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children from 18 months through school age. The role involves developing and implementing customized therapy plans, using play-based and naturalistic techniques, supporting educational and social progress, documenting development, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position is full-time and center-based, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends. Candidates must be at least 18 years old; an associate or bachelor's degree is highly preferred, and reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred. The salary is $20.00 to $22.00, with health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid training, and other benefits.
